Each answers the same question: where is the defect, what does it cost, and when is it worth fixing.
3D heat map
Thermal images registered on a 3D model of your building, in a browser viewer with clickable finding cards.
Heat loss analysis in forints
Watts, kWh, m³ of gas, forints: with ranges, an A/B/C order and payback. This is what turns images into a decision.
Electrical cabinet thermal screening
Hot joints and terminals under load, with your authorised electrician present. Not a safety inspection.
Drone roof and PV survey
Wet flat-roof insulation at dusk, PV hot spots in full sun, wherever airspace and permits allow.
Leaks in buried heating and hot-water pipes
Where an underground leak shows on the surface, and where it does not. A lead before you dig, not a verdict.
Cold stores, cellars and chilled rooms
Door seals, panel joints, condensation and ice: where refrigeration works for nothing. Also a summer product.

Add-ons: electrical cabinet screening HUF 12,000 per cabinet (with a package; stand-alone HUF 18,000, min. HUF 60,000); cold store / cellar module HUF 45,000 per room; pipe run HUF 60,000 per started 500 m (min. HUF 90,000); verification re-scan HUF 70,000. Travel from our base (Tiszavasvári) is free within 40 km, HUF 15,000 for 40–80 km, HUF 30,000 for 80–130 km.
Pioneer programme 2026/27: for the first 10 facilities the 2D quick diagnostic is HUF 135,000 and the 3D package HUF 275,000, in return for written consent to an anonymised case study and a feedback conversation. Limited to 10 facilities.

04 / How it goes
Night-time measurement, engineering analysis, a decision list
Every service follows the same chain.

Step 1: Briefing
Goals, drawings, operating pattern, choosing the night.

Step 2: On-site survey
Night-time exterior and, as needed, interior thermal images, with measurement conditions recorded.

Step 3: Registration and analysis
Images placed on the (3D) model; location, size and estimated loss of each defect in W, kWh, m³ and forints.

Step 4: Report and walkthrough
PDF report, A/B/C action list, raw files; in the 3D package a browser-based 3D heat map. We go through the order together.
05 / Honestly
What our services cannot do
Good decisions need the limits too.
- A thermal camera measures surface temperature. The forint value of a loss is an estimate, with a range and stated assumptions.
- Not every hidden defect shows in a thermal image.
- Savings only occur once repairs are carried out; we promise no guaranteed savings.
- Not an energy performance certificate, not an energy audit, not the mandatory inspection of electrical installations, not a fire-safety inspection, not an accredited test.

What people ask about our services
Which package should I start with?
If the question is the heat loss of one building and what matters most is an itemised loss list in forints, the 2D quick diagnostic from HUF 190,000 is enough. If you want to understand the whole building, involve several people, or re-measure after repairs, the 3D package from HUF 390,000 is the better choice. Upgrading from 2D to 3D within 30 days costs HUF 200,000.
How do your services differ from an energy audit?
Statutory assessments (energy performance certificate, audit, electrical inspection) prove compliance and are carried out by professionals authorised under Hungarian law. We look for where the loss is and what it is worth in forints. The two complement each other. Our survey is an engineering thermal-imaging survey, not an accredited or certified inspection.
When can I order?
Exterior surveys in the heating season need measuring at night, from late autumn to March. Roofs, solar arrays, electrical cabinets and chilled rooms can also be measured in summer. If the night does not meet the conditions we reschedule free of charge (up to 2 times).
Do you work for private individuals?
No. We offer our services to businesses and organisations: halls, warehouses, shops, wineries, cold stores and institutions.
