About us
Local engineers who tell you when a repair is not worth it
HőKép3D is the work of two disciplines – building services and mechatronics: thermal surveys, 3D heat maps and engineering analysis for small and mid-sized facilities in north-east Hungary.
01 / Why we started
Known price, analysis-first, local
Many facility managers have seen a thermal image: a coloured blob on a wall, and the question of what follows from it. An image is not a decision. We set out to turn thermal images into a location, a cause, a money figure and a repair order – at a price that a small or mid-sized facility can afford and knows in advance.
That is why the product is the analysis, not the number of pictures: we place findings on a 3D model, estimate losses in HUF with a range and the assumptions shown, and rank repairs by payback. We do not replace the statutory inspections; the two complement each other.
We are local: we work from Tiszavasvári and plan around the climate and typical building types of the region (halls, cellars, spas). Travel is free up to 40 km.
02 / The team
Two disciplines, one accountable sign-off
We do not publish names or photos until the public launch; but the report carries the responsibility. An engineer approves every finding, and before the survey we tell you who will be measuring at your site.
Mechatronics / smart-building engineer
Sensors, data processing, 3D registration and the calculation model: this turns thermal images into results you can check and put numbers on.

The four-eyes principle: whoever compiles a finding does not approve it. The approving engineer is responsible for the report’s statements matching the data.

03 / Our values
What we hold ourselves to

Honesty
If a repair is not worth it, we say so. If a thermal image is ambiguous, we write “to be verified”. We do not guarantee savings.

Transparency
We show assumptions, sources and the date of the energy price, and give every number as a range.

Your data is yours
We hand over raw files unchanged, interior images stay confidential, and on request we sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Local accountability
We are close: if questions come up about the report, or a re-scan is needed after repairs, you do not have to go far.
04 / Contractors
We do not repair – and we take no commission
We only survey and analyse: we do not design or build, so we have no interest in you repairing more, or more expensively. We write the action list so you can request quotes from several local contractors.
On request we can suggest local contractors. We accept no commission or other benefit for it [confirm]. After repairs we offer a verification re-scan so you can see whether the saving materialised.

Based in Tiszavasvári
We work in five main towns and around them. Travel is free up to 40 km from Tiszavasvári and HUF 15,000 + VAT up to 80 km.
