The price follows heated floor area: a bigger facility needs more images and more processing. Above the stated upper limit we quote individually.

Distances are approximate road distances (checked on 10 October 2026 with a route planner; the actual route may differ). If we survey several sites on the same night in the same zone, the travel fee is shared.

A 30-minute feedback conversation.
A follow-up call after six months on which repairs were carried out.

Orders by 31 January 2027, surveys by 31 March 2027, weather permitting.

The main driver of the package price. The formula is shown above.
Number of buildings

More buildings on the same site and visit can be surveyed for 60% of list price.
Travel zone

Free up to 40 km from Tiszavasvári; a zone fee beyond that.
Roof, cold store, electrical cabinets, pipework

Add them as separate options at the fees above.
Access and height

High-bay racking, hard-to-reach spaces or restricted areas: we agree these in advance and quote individually if needed.
Delivery time

Standard delivery is 10 working days; 5-working-day express delivery is +20%.

08 / Payment and timing

Payment and scheduling terms

Payment: 50% on order, 50% on delivery; 8-day bank transfer [confirm]. Prices are net; 27% VAT is added. The service is for businesses only.
Delivery: 10 working days after the survey; express 5 working days (+20%).
If the weather is unsuitable: We reschedule free of charge (up to 2 times [confirm]). Conditions: indoor–outdoor temperature difference of at least 10 K, light wind, no rain, no sun on the facade.
Quote: We reply to every enquiry by the next working day at the latest. A written quote within 1 working day [confirm].

Please note: Engineering thermal-imaging survey – not an accredited or certified inspection. It does not replace an energy performance certificate, a statutory energy audit, mandatory electrical-safety or fire-safety inspections; those are carried out by professionals authorised under Hungarian law.

Full legal notice

Temperatures in our reports are thermal-camera surface measurements. Apparent temperature depends on surface emissivity, ambient and reflected temperature, distance, viewing angle and weather. Conditions at the time of measurement are recorded in the report, but a measured value is not the true internal temperature of the structure.

Figures for losses, costs and payback are model-based estimates. Actual energy use depends on operation, weather, energy prices and many other factors, so we do not guarantee any saving or payback period.

The service is not an accredited test, an official inspection, an energy performance certificate, an electrical safety inspection, a fire-safety inspection or a structural opinion. For those, a duly authorised professional must be commissioned. Before acting on a finding we recommend an on-site check by the relevant trade.
