The city has four industrial areas: the Southern and Western industrial estates, the Industrial Park and the Western Industrial Park. The M3 motorway makes warehousing and manufacturing a natural fit. Will the survey disturb our shifts or trading hours?
We scan the facade and roof at night; interior walk-throughs and indoor measurements happen after closing or are timed around the shift change. No shutdown is needed, but heating must have been stable for at least 24 hours beforehand.
