When do we survey?
The season runs from October to March, but not every survey is a winter job.

Step 1: Exterior heat-loss survey: late October to March
At night, with at least 10 K (preferably 15 K) indoor–outdoor temperature difference, calm, dry and with dry surfaces. Heating is stable for at least 24 hours beforehand.

Step 2: If the night is unsuitable: free rescheduling
If conditions are not met we do not survey in poor conditions: we agree a new date at no extra charge (up to 2 times).

Step 3: All year: flat roofs, solar, electrical cabinets, cold stores, cellars
These can be scanned in summer too: flat roofs at dusk after a sunny day, electrical cabinets under load, cold stores and cellars with the indoor–outdoor temperature difference.
