Who is the service for?

Our service is for businesses only (business entities and sole traders in respect of their business premises). We do not provide services to consumers.

Nature of the service

Engineering thermal-imaging survey – not an accredited or certified inspection. It does not replace an energy performance certificate, a statutory energy audit, mandatory electrical-safety or fire-safety inspections; those are carried out by professionals authorised under Hungarian law. Details are in the Legal Notice and the Terms.

Advertising and commercial communication

The provider makes its direct-marketing electronic offers identifiable as advertising, states the true sender and provides an unsubscribe option (E-commerce Act s. 14/A (1) and s. 6 of Act XLVIII of 2008 on advertising). Our rules on outreach are summarised in Section 4.4 of the Privacy Notice.

  1. Content. The Website’s texts, graphics, the HőKép3D name and branding, and the presentation of case studies and 3D heat maps are protected by copyright owned by the provider (or its licensors), except third-party elements published under open licences. Content may not be copied, published or used commercially without our prior written consent. Short quotation with the source stated is permitted.

  2. Open-licensed images and 3D models. Some images, data and models on the Website and in presentation material come from third-party authors under open licences (e.g. Creative Commons CC0, CC BY). We state the sources – author name, title of the work, link to the source and the licence, and any changes made (e.g. cropping, colouring, thermal overlay) – on the page concerned, near the image, and on the Image Credits page (/forrasok/; English counterpart: /en/sources/). An open licence does not replace personality-right, trademark or other rights relating to persons, number plates, trademarks and buildings shown in an image.

  3. Case studies. Case studies on the Website are examples / illustrations, built from open-licensed images and simulated data; they do not describe a real client. Every case study says so: “Example – illustration from open-licensed images and simulated data, not a real client.”

  4. Third-party software. The Website uses open-source software libraries; their licence and copyright notices are in the Website’s “Third-party notices” file. (/en/sources/#software)

  5. Trademarks. Names and trademarks of other companies mentioned on the Website belong to their owners; mentioning them implies no endorsement or relationship. Trademark protection for HőKép3D: [trademark application / registration details, if any].

  6. Links. Links to other websites are for information; the provider is not responsible for their content.
