Please return the completed form to info@hokep3d.hu. Completing sections A–H is a request for a quote (not binding on you). Sections I–K are signed together with acceptance of the Quote; the form then counts as an order (Terms, Section 3).

Engineering thermal-imaging survey – not an accredited or certified inspection. It does not replace an energy performance certificate, a statutory energy audit, mandatory electrical-safety or fire-safety inspections; those are carried out by professionals authorised under Hungarian law.

Prices are net indicative prices (+ VAT; currently 27 %). The final, fixed price is in the Quote; once you accept the Quote the price does not change.

Multi-site discount: −10 % for 3 or more sites of one company.

E.3. Travel fee (from the Tiszavasvári base, by road distance)

Several sites on the same night in the same band share one travel fee. Distances are approximate; the Quote fixes them.

E.4. Pioneer programme – 2026/27 heating season (up to 10 facilities)

Yes, I apply for the Pioneer programme. Price: Quick Diagnostic HUF 135,000 + VAT (≤ 2,000 m²); 3D Package HUF 275,000 + VAT (≤ 2,500 m²); travel bands Z1–Z2; does not apply to the Annual Programme. Order by 31 January 2027 at the latest, survey by 31 March 2027 at the latest (weather permitting). [confirm]

Conditions: (1) written consent to an anonymised case study (separate document, see Section J), (2) a 30-minute feedback interview, (3) a follow-up call after six months on which fixes were done. The pilot price covers the same scope and quality; the discount does not depend on the content of the feedback; no testimonial is written in advance. If you withdraw consent before first publication, we may invoice the difference between the pilot price and the list price reduced by 15 % (Terms 19.5). If you do not consent to a case study: 15 % discount on list price [confirm].

E.5. Requested time window and deadlines

Conditions for a valid exterior heat-loss survey: indoor–outdoor temperature difference at least 10 K (recommended 15 K); measurement at least 4 hours after sunset or before sunrise; wind below 5 m/s; no rain, dry surfaces; heating stable for at least 24 hours. We therefore fix the exact date within the window, based on the weather. Rescheduling for weather is free up to 2 times (Terms 8–9) [confirm].

50 % advance on order (on advance invoice), 50 % on delivery of the documentation, by bank transfer within [8] days of the invoice date [confirm]. On-site work starts after the advance is received.

I) Highlighted terms – separate acceptance (required)

Under Civil Code 6:78 § (2)–(3), the following clauses of the Terms may deviate from usual contractual practice. Please tick each one separately; without the ticks we cannot accept the order.

• Clause 5 – the service is not an accredited or certified inspection; it does not replace an energy performance certificate, an energy audit / energy-specialist duty, electrical-safety or fire-safety inspections, an expert opinion; use for official, court, insurance or lender purposes is excluded
• Clause 7.7 – suspension of performance on late payment
• Clause 8.5 – condition-limited (qualitative) result if you require the survey despite absent survey conditions; payment of the full fee
• Clause 9 – number of free weather reschedulings (2), rescheduling fee, long-stop date
• Clause 12.5 – refusal / suspension of drone flights; not charging for the drone item as the sole consequence
• Clause 14.4 – 8-working-day objection period; deemed acceptance
• Clause 15.3 – warranty rights: correction / re-survey first
• Clause 16 – cancellation penalty (0 % / 10 % / 25 %), proportionate fee after performance has started
• Clause 18.4 – exclusion of third-party reliance
• Clause 19 – case study, Pioneer programme, fee consequence of withdrawing consent
• Clauses 21.3–21.4 – limitation of liability (net fee paid), exclusion of consequential loss
• Clause 22 – one-year limitation period for damages claims
• Clause 30.3 – exclusive jurisdiction of a court
• Clause 32.1 – right to amend the Terms unilaterally

J) Declarations and consents

Required declarations:

• I declare that I received the HőKép3D Terms and Conditions (https://hokep3d.hu/en/terms/, version v, effective ) with the Quote in downloadable form, that I have read them and I accept them. (The Hungarian version is authoritative.)
• I declare that I have read the Privacy Notice (https://hokep3d.hu/en/privacy/), that I am entitled to pass on the contact data, and that I will inform the Client’s staff of the survey and the images.
• I undertake to sign the Site consent and health-and-safety / data-protection declaration no later than the start of the measurement and to provide on-site access.
• I acknowledge that the service is an engineering thermal-imaging survey, not an accredited or certified inspection; savings and payback figures are estimates and savings are not guaranteed.
• I declare that the data given are true and that I am authorised to bind the Client.

Optional consents (the order does not depend on them, except the Pioneer programme):

• Anonymised case study (separate document: Consent to an anonymised case study, attached; a condition of the Pioneer programme). Withdrawable for the future.
